World Food Programme (WFP) is seeking a HRMOI Org & Security Analyst (Consultant) to strengthen governance and alignment of Workday organizational data and security across HQ Rome and country offices. The role focuses on data quality, access controls, and system integrity within HR technology.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR or IT, with hands-on Workday experience, knowledge of SAP HR modules, and strong analytical and coordination skills.

Competenze

• Advanced university degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics or Finance, or first level degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum 5 years in HR or IT with hands-on HR systems experience (preferably Workday).
• Knowledge of HR data, governance, and security; strong analytical and coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Strengthen data governance for Workday organizational data and security configurations.
• Harmonize organizational and position data across Workday and WINGS.
• Execute end-to-end mass data maintenance and documentation.
• Support access reviews and mitigation of SoD conflicts.
• Assist in security testing and system releases; ensure audit readiness.
