Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist in Lisbon, Portugal. You will support Italian-speaking business clients, advising on online advertising strategies and growing revenue, with a strong emphasis on relationships and solutions selling.

The role is on-site in Lisbon, with 40-hour weeks and fixed or rotational schedules. Fluency in Italian and English is required, plus interest or experience in sales/digital marketing and excellent communication

• Working Hours: Fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
• Fluency in Italian and good English communication skills.
• Experience or a strong interest in sales, digital marketing, or online advertising.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• A results-driven mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
