Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist to support Italian-speaking business clients in growing their online advertising campaigns in Lisbon. This on-site role requires Italian and English fluency and offers a 40-hour workweek with fixed or rotational shifts, depending on assignment.

What You'll Do

• Contact existing B2B customers to identify new sales opportunities.
• Build relationships with marketing professionals and business decision-makers.
• Advise clients on online advertising strategies and suitable campaign solutions.
• Provide campaign support and advertiser training.
• Grow client revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
