Job summary

Teleperformance Portugal is seeking an Italian-speaking Online Marketing Sales Specialist to join our Lisbon team on-site. You will engage with B2B clients, advise on digital advertising strategies, and grow revenue through upselling and tailored recommendations.

You will work 40 hours per week in an international environment, with fixed or rotational shifts and a focus on exceeding sales targets. Fluent Italian and strong English are required, with relocation or accommodation support available.

Salary & Total Cash Compensation

Option 1: With Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,040.66/month
• Company-provided accommodation included.

Option 2: Without Company Accommodation

• Total gross cash compensation: €1,240.66/month

The monthly figures are based on 22 working days. Holiday and Christmas allowances are paid in monthly instalments. Meal allowance is paid separately via a meal card.
