Job summary

JYSK is seeking a logistics IT professional to oversee SAP WMS and ERP usage within the new Italy distribution center. You will monitor and optimize warehousing IT systems, ensure testing during system updates, and support users across the logistics center, with a focus on continuous operation and clear change management.

The role emphasizes hands-on IT support, training, and documentation to align with JYSK logistics guidelines and processes.

Responsibilities

• You will ensure optimal use of SAP WMS and ERP applications in accordance with best practice and JYSK logistics guidelines.
• You will monitor, identify and analyze all IT systems that support warehousing in the logistics center.
• You will ensure the testing of existing business processes when logistics and customer service systems are updated or replaced.
• When performing troubleshooting in SAP WMS you will focus on continuous operation as well as actual troubleshooting.
• In the logistics center, you will optimize the combined IT solutions.
• Operational support for all users.
• You will train and educate users and operators on how to use SAP and other systems.
• When implementing new systems and routines in logistics and customer service, you will create new manuals or instructions.
• Analyze functional and performance requirements of systems.
• Defining and reviewing change requests to align with existing operational flows.

We are looking for a new team member for the new JYSK distribution center in Italy a person to be responsible for he execution of tasks and projects in the WMS area and who can ensure support in the IT-systems.

• You will ensure optimal use of SAP WMS and ERP applications in accordance with best practice and JYSK logistics guidelines (for solutions that are both administrative and efficient)
• You will monitor, identify and analyze all IT systems that support warehousing in the logistics center
• You will ensure the testing of existing business processes when logistics and customer service systems are updated or replaced
• When performing troubleshooting in SAP WMS you will focus on continuous operation as well as actual troubleshooting
• In the logistics center, you will optimize the combined IT solutions

Maintain and develop IT systems:

• Operational support for all users
• You will train and educate users and operators on how to use SAP and other systems
• When implementing new systems and routines in logistics and customer service (for relevant procedures and processes), you will create new manuals or instructions.
• Analyze functional and performance requirements of systems.
• Defining and reviewing change requests to align with existing operational flows.

Qualifications

We are looking for a profile who has experienced with the above-mentioned areas from a manual warehouse and understands the needs in logistics.
