Vincere in Italy seeks a Wireline Supervisor to lead wellsite operations, ensuring safe and efficient case hole logging and related wireline services. You will manage service crews, equipment readiness, and client communications.

The role requires an engineering degree, 5+ years in wireline, explosives license, well-control certs, and fluent Italian/English. Onshore/offshore projects; local payroll or freelance contractor.

Competenze

• University degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years in wireline engineering, including case hole logging.
• Explosives Blaster License (Fochino – required for explosive operations).
• Proficiency with CCL, PLT, Radial Bond Tools, Multifinger Calipers, Memory Tools, Tubing Cutter, Punchers, Bridge Plug Setting Tools.
• Well Control Certification Level 2 (IWCF, IADC Well CAP, or equivalent, as per IOGP 476).
• Firefighting, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space / Polluted Environment training.
• Offshore Safety (BOSIET, HUET, EBS).
• Languages: Italian and English (fluent).

Role Overview

As a Wireline Engineer, you will lead service crews in wellsite operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of case hole logging, perforating, and related wireline services. You will be responsible for operational delivery, equipment readiness, and compliance with company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise wireline service crews during wellsite operations.
• Perform on-site checks, calibration, maintenance, and repair of wireline equipment.
• Arm and operate explosive guns in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and documentation to the client on time.
• Support wellsite personnel and liaise directly with the Company Representative.
• Promptly report service deviations, equipment failures, or operational risks.

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: University degree in engineering (preferred) or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years in wireline engineering, including case hole logging and well intervention services.
• Specialist Knowledge:
  • Explosives Blaster License (Fochino – required for explosive operations).
  • Proficiency with CCL, PLT, Radial Bond Tools, Multifinger Calipers, Memory Tools, Tubing Cutter, Punchers, Bridge Plug Setting Tools.
• Certifications & Training:
  • Well Control Certification Level 2 (IWCF, IADC Well CAP, or equivalent, as per IOGP 476).
  • Firefighting, H2S, First Aid, Confined Space / Polluted Environment training.
  • Offshore Safety (BOSIET, HUET, EBS).
• Skills: Strong reporting and documentation abilities, Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Languages: Italian and English (fluent).
