SLB in Italy is seeking a Field Service Specialist to ensure safe, accurate and on-time delivery of Wireline services at customer sites, with a strong focus on quality and HSE.

The role requires a technical or vocational background in Electrical/Electronic fields, experience in Wireline operations, travel flexibility, and fluency in English and Italian; the base salary is €35,000–€39,000 with field bonuses.

Job Summary

The Field Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with safe, accurate and on-time product and service delivery. The Field Service Specialist identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

They are focus on the service delivery for Wireline operations in Italy prioritizing quality and HSE.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Attain excellence in learning and competency events.
• Ensure safe, timely and compliant operations at the well site, job location or plant, including rig-up and rig-down of equipment.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continuous improvement programs.
• Engage customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies and maintain the required safety training.
• Technical or vocation school background with Electrical/Electronic expertise.
• Experience in Wireline field operations.
• Flexibility for travelling.
• Medium to Advanced English Level and Italian.
• The desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic business on high-value, technically complex products/projects.
• Right to work in Italy.
