Altea Energy seeks an onshore Drilling & Completion Senior Supervisor to coordinate drilling and completion operations in Italy. You will act as the on-site company representative, lead well control decisions, and ensure safe, efficient execution per approved programs.

Strong contractor oversight and HSE leadership are essential. The role requires a minimum of 15 years in drilling & completion supervision, an Engineering degree, and fluent English.

Competenze

• Engineering degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 15 years of drilling & completion supervision experience.
• Experience onshore drilling; manage contractors.

Mansioni

• Act as primary interface between drilling, completion and logistics teams.
• Supervise drilling and completion operations per well programs and procedures.
• Represent the company on site during all drilling activities.
• Lead operational decision making during well control situations.
• Plan and coordinate daily activities; ensure resources are fit for purpose.
• Maintain safety stock and supervise third‑party contractors.
