Haleon, a leading consumer health company, seeks a Wellness Insight Manager – Europe to translate consumer and market insights into brand strategy. You will collaborate with global teams to shape purpose, positioning and brand language while monitoring wellness KPIs and informing market launches.

You will work with data from multiple sources, apply advanced methodologies, and support decision-making across brand lifecycle to improve performance and growth across markets in Europe.

Competenze

• Business understanding with experience translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Knowledge of the wellness category and consumer behavior.
• Experience in insights and analytics, including advanced methodologies such as MMM, price elasticity and AI-based approaches.
• Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret complex information.
• Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Communication skills with ability to translate data into clear insights.
• Analytical tools experience (e.g. data analysis, reporting tools).
• Familiarity with statistical tools (e.g. SPSS, R, Python) or data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage.

• Deliver brand insights across consumer, expert, market and competitive areas to support strategic decisions on where and how to compete.
• Contribute to key brand foundations, including purpose, positioning, architecture and brand language, in collaboration with global teams.
• Develop and apply insights to identify growth opportunities and business challenges.
• Monitor wellness KPIs to track market performance, brand health and campaign effectiveness, recommending actions for improvement.
• Support brand innovation through concept testing, evaluation of claims and communication, and assessment of in-market launches.
• Act as a key contact for Stage Gate processes, providing insights on consumer needs, market potential and competitive context.
• Manage market research projects, ensuring quality and relevance of outputs.
• Manage budget and ensure effective use of resources.
• Partner with shopper insights teams to integrate shopper learnings into marketing activities.
• Translate data into clear and actionable insights and narratives for stakeholders.
• Gather feedback and continuously improve the quality and relevance of insights.
