Prysmian Group is seeking an Europe Engagement Specialist to drive engagement agendas across the region. You will translate employee feedback into actionable plans, collaborate with HR Directors, Plant Managers and leaders, and ensure measurable business impact through coordinated initiatives.

You will spend time in plants to understand shopfloor realities, animate the HR community, and promote engagement as a core leadership responsibility across Europe.

• Experience in project and change management or employee engagement.
• Analytical mindset with focus on turning insights into action.

Mansioni

• Drive the Europe Engagement Agenda and deploy surveys across the region.
• Co-lead engagement initiatives across Europe and coordinate the survey cycle.
• Monitor trends and identify priorities for action.
• Ensure a consistent approach across plants, functions and countries.
• Translate data into actionable engagement plans with leaders.
• Support plant managers and HR teams in understanding results and building actions.
• Facilitate debriefs, workshops and discussions to drive accountability.
