Job summary

Energean Italy S.p.A. is seeking a Well Intervention Manager to support well operations in Italy. The role will plan and oversee Well Integrity and Well Intervention activities on Energean-operated assets, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across projects.

Place of Work: San Giovanni Teatino (CH). The position requires coordinating field work with Site Managers, managing contractors, and maintaining updated intervention procedures.

Qualifications

• Technical/industrial diploma.
• 10 years of Oil & Gas experience, preferably in Completion or Well Intervention.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Completion or Well Intervention.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• IWCF Level 4 Well Intervention Certification preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP applications preferred.
• Written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Gather operational requirements for well safety systems and production performance.
• Coordinate field work with Site Managers and Marine Operations.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of well intervention procedures.
• Manage contractors’ field activities related to Well Integrity and Well Intervention.
• Update the Well Integrity Management System.
• Support budget management for the function.
• Manage worksites and field operations as Works Delegate.
• Verify worksite accounting records and progress.

Summary

Key Accountabilities

• Gather the assets’ operational requirements relating to well safety systems and well production performance.
• Coordinate field work with the Site Managers and Marine Operations.
• Contribute to the preparation and updating of well intervention procedures.
• Manage contractors’ field activities relating to Well Integrity and Well Intervention.
• Update the Well Integrity Management System.
• Support the management of the budget assigned to the function.
• Manage worksites and field operations under appointment as Works Delegate.
• Verify worksite accounting records and work progress status.

• 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Completion or Well Intervention.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in Completion or Well Intervention activities.
