Constance Halaveli, a luxury resort in the Maldives, seeks a skilled welder to join a multi-cultural team. You will work on MIG, TIG, and stick welding, uphold strict safety and quality standards, and contribute to high-end construction and maintenance projects in a tropical resort setting.

The role requires strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to meet demanding production schedules while collaborating with skilled trades.

Competenze

• Proven welding experience across MIG, TIG, and stick welding.
• Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and structural welding principles.
• Experience with welding equipment operation and routine maintenance.
• Understanding of welding safety standards and quality control procedures.
• Experience working in marine or resort construction environments.
