Wieland Onda Srl is seeking a Responsible Welding Coordinator & International Welding Engineer (IWE) to oversee welding activities, ensuring quality and compliance across production.

You will develop WPS, manage PQRs and welder qualifications, select processes, optimize parameters, and lead audits and NDT activities while mentoring staff.

Requirements include a degree in Mechanical/Metallurgical/Welding Engineering, IWE certification, knowledge of welding codes, and strong leadership.

Competenze

• Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, or Welding Engineering.
• International Welding Engineer (IWE) certification.
• Strong understanding of welding codes, drawings, and metallurgical principles.
• Experience with WPS/PQR development.
• Familiarity with NDT methods (UT, RT, MT).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
