A new edition of Mediobanca Wealth Management Talent Program, in partnership with desmo®, is about to begin for top – quality young graduates Italian and International Universities.

Mediobanca Private Banking & Mediobanca Premier, offer a one-year internship starting in January 2027, to build a solid career in the Financial Industry.

By participating, you will have the opportunity to take part in a structured career development pathway combining specialized training and comprehensive job rotations.

Who is the ideal profile?

• Talented recent graduates in Economics or STEM subjects who are keen to embrace the world of Wealth Management and develop a career in this fast-paced, challenging industry.
• Fluent in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
