Heritage is seeking a Portfolio Monitoring Analyst to join the Central Reporting Team in Milan. You will work at the intersection of investment, technology and data to provide accurate portfolio information for wealth advisory and discretionary services to UHNWI clients.

You will collaborate with front-office professionals and product/tech teams to design, improve and scale the Wealth Monitoring & Reporting Framework, contributing to new templates, dashboards and views on our in-house platform.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar roles.
• Experience reading financial statements, wealth reports and related documents.
• Strong Excel skills and data interpretation ability.
• Fluent in English; comfortable collaborating in a multicultural environment.

Mansioni

• Accurate loading and validation of transactions and valuations into the data system.
• Reconcile data into consolidated Wealth Reports for UHNWI clients.
• Enhance portfolio analytics by integrating market data sources.
• Assist in the integration between banks and the data platform; support dashboard design.
• Help establish Portfolio Monitoring Center of Excellence and standardisation.
