Job summary

Tetra Pak Carta Spa in Emilia-Romagna, Italy, offers a six-month Production Intern position to support Production engineers in World Class Manufacturing. You will help identify losses and countermeasures, and participate in Kaizen Teams with a Lean focus.

You will work with Quality, maintenance, Customer Service, and auditors, building your knowledge of how packaging material is produced. This internship requires active university status and availability for the full duration.

Qualifications

• Active Master's student in a related engineering field.
• Availability for a 6-month curricular internship and to work full time.
• Fluent in Italian and English; MS Office advanced.

Responsibilities

• Support Production Process Cells in daily management and loss analysis.
• Participate in World Class Manufacturing improvement teams and pillars.
• Provide general administrative support to production and WCM activities.
• Assist in data acquisition and analysis to drive improvements.
• Contribute to KPI planning, control, and tracking.
• Support standardization efforts and best practice execution.
