Reschio E-Commerce & Collections project seeks a proactive Warehouse Specialist to support stock management, order prep and logistics optimization in a fast-paced, sustainability-driven environment.

You will monitor stock levels, coordinate with couriers, manage inbound/outbound shipments and use barcode scanning tools daily, while collaborating with Purchasing, Customer Care and Finance to ensure accurate flow of goods and timely refunds.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento) and shipping tools (ShippyPro).
• Background in e-commerce/digital retail environments is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.

Reschio E-Commerce & Collections project is a unique reality that blends craftsmanship, elegance, and a sustainable, contemporary lifestyle. To support the growth of this ambitious project, we are looking for a proactive and highly organized Warehouse Specialist.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Monitor warehouse stock levels and ensure timely product restocking.
• Organize shelving and optimize the handling, preparation, and movement of goods; setting up spaces and shelving, improving the general layout of the warehouse to optimise product picking, preparing incoming and outgoing orders.
• Manage daily outbound shipments, collaborate with couriers and freight forwarders, and act as the main point of contact for all logistics partners, continuously working to improve delivery costs and timelines.
• Track shipped orders and manage return processes; coordinate with the sales team to follow up on in-progress or partially fulfilled orders.
• Handle incoming supplier orders, verify deliveries and packing slips; oversee customer returns, restocking, and coordinate with the finance team to process refunds.
• Use order management and inventory systems daily, including regular use of barcode scanning tools.
• Identify and propose improvements to the overall logistics workflow, including storage, picking, and shipping procedures.
• Prepare KPI reports to monitor performance.
• Collaborate closely with the Purchasing, Customer Care, and Finance teams to ensure accurate and timely flow of goods, order updates, and refund processing.

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento) and shipping tools (e.g., ShippyPro).
• A background in e-commerce/digital retail environments will be a strong plus.
• Strong integrity and ethical conduct.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in English and Italian.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

Employment Type: Fixed Term (CCNL Terziario/Commercio – Level 4).

Salary Range: € 25,000 – € 27,000.

The advertised salary range reflects Reschio's assessment of the expected remuneration for this position. Individual offers within the stated range will be determined through the consistent application of objective, documented and gender-neutral criteria, including relevant experience, qualifications, specialist expertise and the level of responsibility associated with the role.
