ABB is hiring for a Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager in Italy. You will oversee warehousing activities from inbound to reverse logistics, ensure data integrity in ERP, and monitor packing, storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching.

Role requires SAP knowledge and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems; Italian and English communication is essential. The position offers hybrid work and a competitive compensation package.

Competenze

• Experience with ERP/WMS/TMS and energy/logistics domain.
• SAP platform knowledge preferred.
• Technical diploma or degree in management engineering.
• Fluency in Italian and English.

This position reports to:

Warehouse/Internal Logistics Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee warehousing activities across the entire process (from incoming to reverse logistics). Each day, you will follow and ensure that connections between different systems governing warehouse operation flows correctly, and others also follow established procedures and guidelines to receive, handle, store, record, and dispatch goods in the warehouse. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner, with the proper tracking and recording in the systems.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Work model:
• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Checking EDI transaction to assure smooth communication.
• Correct message in error, identify the root cause and act to solve it systematically.
• Ensuring daily contact with suppliers.
• Participating in regular continuous improvement processes.

Qualifications For The Role

• You enjoy working with ERP/WMS/TMS systems and the energy distribution market
• Experience in Logistic is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP platform is preferred
• You are passionate about problem solving and systematic approach to the work
• You have a technical Diploma or a Degree in Management engineering
• You are at ease communicating in Italian and English

Compensation Package

As part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position:

Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico

Minimum annual salary: € 36.000

Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
