ABB Smart Buildings is seeking a Inventory Planning professional to lead end-to-end inventory control, from requisitions to invoicing. You will set stock parameters, coordinate with operations and buyers, and ensure timely replenishment through purchase orders.

The role requires an Industrial Engineering and Management degree, and fluency in Italian and English, with experience in ERP systems, Power BI, and Office 365.

Competenze

• Fluent in Italian and English both written and spoken.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management is required.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, and Office 365 is essential.

Mansioni

• Plan end-to-end inventory, including sales in excess of invoicing from requisition to customer invoice.
• Set and monitor inventory parameters (safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time).
• Coordinate material planning with call-offs to convert requisitions into purchase orders.
• Collaborate with buyers to optimise supplier performance and lead times.
