Hybrid working arrangements are available; the base range cited for the role is 39,100.00 EUR to 72,500.00 EUR per year, reflecting band level 4 and performance-based incentives where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Solid experience in warehouse, logistics or supply chain operations in regulated industries.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Italian with good English and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day warehouse operations for receipt, storage, dispensing, transfer and shipment of materials and finished products.
• Ensure continuous and timely supply of raw materials, packaging components and finished goods.
• Manage resources, workload and performance to meet service, quality and productivity targets.
• Lead, coach and develop warehouse teams to maintain a high-performance culture.
• Ensure GMP/GDP/HSE compliance and an inspection-ready environment.
• Oversee inventory management, traceability and control processes.
