Salary Range: €39,100.00 - €72,500.00.
The Process Support Unit Lead oversees manufacturing support operations to ensure the compliant, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products. The role leads cross-functional activities across production support, operational excellence, resource and capacity planning, project execution, and business continuity, while ensuring adherence to GMP, HSE, regulatory, and company requirements. As a key partner to Manufacturing leadership, the incumbent drives continuous improvement initiatives, supports product launches and strategic projects, provides operational guidance and problem resolution, and develops the capabilities of the support team through effective leadership, coaching, and resource management.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 39,100.00 - 72,500.00 EUR.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
