Novartis is seeking a Warehouse Operations Leader in Italy to oversee efficient materials flow supporting manufacturing and supply activities. You will manage warehouse staff, ensure GMP/GDP compliance, and drive continuous improvement across processes, safety, and quality.
Responsibilities include leading daily warehouse operations, securing timely supply of materials, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain business continuity while leveraging SAP and digital tools.
Salary Range: €39,100.00 - €72,500.00
Leads warehouse operations to ensure the efficient, compliant, and uninterrupted flow of materials supporting manufacturing and supply activities. Responsible for managing warehouse personnel, inventory accuracy, material movements, safety, quality compliance, and operational performance. Ensures adherence to GMP, GDP, HSE, and Novartis standards while driving continuous improvement, people development, and business excellence.

The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 39,100.00 - 72,500.00 EUR
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance‑based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
