CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. in Parma is seeking a Storekeeper to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate inventory levels and smooth warehouse operations throughout the supply chain.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational logistics/warehousing is a plus.
• Proven storekeeping or warehouse/inventory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Familiarity with inventory systems and basic computer skills (MS Office).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to lift/move heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
• Forklift certification is highly desirable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented.
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures in a warehouse.

Mansioni

• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations per procedures and safety rules.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile with system data.
• Prepare and issue materials for production, shipping, or other departments.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging to prevent damage.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with departments to optimize material flow and resolve issues.
• Adhere to all company policies and safety guidelines.
