CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. is seeking a Storekeeper in Parma to manage receipt, storage, and issuance of materials, ensuring accurate stock levels and smooth warehouse operations.

The role requires experience in warehouse/inventory management, familiarity with inventory systems, and strong attention to detail. Candidates should be able to work independently or as part of a team in a manufacturing setting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational qualification in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
• Proven experience as Storekeeper or in a similar warehouse/inventory role.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills.

• Receive incoming goods, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders and delivery notes.
• Inspect materials for damage or defects upon arrival and report discrepancies.
• Organize and store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, adhering to company procedures and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the company's inventory management system.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
• Prepare and issue materials and products for production, shipping, or other departments as requested.
• Ensure proper handling and packaging of materials to prevent damage during storage and transit.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks safely and efficiently (if certified).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment within the warehouse.
