CROWN Packaging Manufacturing Italy S.r.l. is seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical equipment in our Parma facility. You will help ensure optimal operation, minimize downtime, and support safety standards.

Join our team to perform preventive maintenance on conveyors, presses, pumps, motors, and automation gear, diagnose issues using schematics, and contribute to continuous improvements in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Competenze

• High School Diploma; technical diploma in mechanical fields preferred.
• Proven mechanical technician experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and power transmission.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Familiar with hand and power tools and precision measuring instruments.
• Works well independently and in a team in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Effective written and verbal communication.

Mansioni

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on conveyors, presses, pumps, motors, and automation machinery.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical failures using schematics and manuals.
• Execute repairs, overhauls, and replacements of defective parts with safety and quality focus.
• Install, align, and commission new mechanical equipment.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve recurring mechanical issues and drive improvements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records with parts used and time spent.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout safety policies.
• Participate in on-call rotations for emergency repairs.
