ABB in Italy (Frosinone) seeks a Warehouse Logistics Specialist to design and optimize internal material flows, manage ERP data, and support production lines using lean principles.

You will drive KPI-based improvements, supervise inventory control, and ensure safe, efficient packing, storage, and dispatch. English and Italian are required; a degree in engineering or economics is expected.

This position reports to:

Project Operations Manager

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to design and optimize warehouse logistics operations and contribute to continuous process improvement. Each day, you will manage material flow, analyze warehouse KPIs, and ensure efficient distribution to production lines. You will also showcase your expertise by implementing lean manufacturing principles and recommending data-driven improvement actions.

The work model for the role is:

This role is contributing to the Breakers & Switches Product Group/Electrification Business Area/Smart Power Division/P&F function in Frosinone/Italy.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Defining the internal logistics flows for the production lines based on Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Designing and optimizing material storage and logistics layouts to support production operations.
• Maintaining complete and accurate data in the ERP system.
• Participating in regular inventory control processes.
• Ensuring various warehousing operations, including packing and storage, replenishment, picking, loading, and dispatching are executed in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.

Qualifications For The Role

• You have strong expertise in Excel and basic SAP knowledge, with genuine interest in warehouse logistics optimization and production line support.
• You have solid skills in warehouse and logistics operations, with demonstrated experience in implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimize material flows and warehouse efficiency.
• You are innovative around data-driven logistics analysis and process optimization, using KPI insights to implement targeted improvement actions in warehouse operations.
• You hold a Degree in Engineering/Economics field.
• You are at ease communicating in English and italian.

Compensation Package

• Applicable CBA: Metalmeccanico
• Minimum annual salary: € 33.000
• Variable Pay: Eligible for Company Productivity Bonus
