Job summary

The Social Hub in Firenze is hiring a Waiter/Waitress through Hosco. You will welcome guests with energy, take orders, serve dishes, and help keep the floor running smoothly, moving between tables, bar, and kitchen with warmth.

English and Italian are required; other languages are a plus. Join a dynamic, multinational team in a hybrid environment that blends hotel living with community spaces and events.

Qualifications

• You have a natural feel for hospitality and love creating good moments.
• You bring 1-2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience, or strong enthusiasm to learn.
• You have great communication skills and enjoy connecting with people.
• You manage multiple tasks without losing your cool.
• You speak English and Italian; any extra languages are a plus.
• You take pride in a clean, professional appearance.
• You bring a positive attitude and enjoy being part of a supportive team.
