Unobravo International is seeking a VP of Technology & Product in Milan to lead Engineering, Product and Design, driving a unified tech strategy that serves patients and therapists. This senior leader will report to the COO and shape AI-driven initiatives while ensuring clinical integrity and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, a practical engineering mindset, and the ability to build scalable, trusted technology. In-person 2–3 days/week in Milan is expected.

Competenze

• Significant leadership experience within Engineering or Technology with responsibility for Product and cross-functional development.
• Strong technical foundation with ability to understand architecture and evaluate tech trade-offs.
• Strong product judgement balancing customer value, priorities and engineering sustainability.
• Proven track record delivering digital products and scaling tech in high-growth environments.
• Experience in regulated or trust-sensitive environments such as healthcare or fintech.
