Deutsche Telekom in Varese, Italy, seeks a Senior Lead AI Experience & UX Design to define the future of AI-powered customer experiences across Telekom's digital ecosystem. You will lead strategic vision, drive UX excellence, and mentor design teams across multiple products and initiatives.

The role blends leadership, responsible AI, and hands-on design, with hybrid work based in Milan and collaboration with global product, engineering and AI teams.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of professional experience in UX, Product Design or Digital Experience Design.
• At least 6–8 years of experience leading multidisciplinary design teams in complex organizations.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience designing AI-powered digital products, including Generative AI, conversational AI or intelligent automation.
• Proven track record of defining UX strategy for enterprise-scale digital products used by millions of customers.
• Fluent in English; German or additional languages are considered an advantage.

• Define the long-term UX vision and AI experience strategy for customer-facing products.
• Lead the design of next-generation AI-powered experiences across conversational AI, generative AI, automation and intelligent assistance.
