Unobravo is seeking a VP of Technology & Product in Milan to lead Engineering, Product and Design, reporting to the COO. You will drive an integrated technology strategy, champion AI adoption with strong governance, and enable a low-ego, high-impact culture across ~50 people.

The role demands credibility, strategic thinking and pragmatic execution to deliver mental health technology at scale. Regular in-person presence in Milan (2–3 days/week) is expected, with compensation starting at

Competenze

• Significant leadership experience within Engineering or Technology, with responsibility for Product and cross-functional development.
• Strong technical foundation, ability to understand architecture, challenge decisions and evaluate trade-offs.
• Strong product judgement balancing customer value, business priorities and engineering sustainability.
• Track record delivering digital products and scaling tech organisations in high-growth environments.
• Experience in regulated or highly trust-sensitive environments such as healthcare or data-sensitive platforms.
