DWS Group is seeking a Marketing Manager Public Distribution – EMEA South to lead regional marketing for Xtrackers ETFs, based in Milan or Frankfurt. The role focuses on digital campaigns, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product and Compliance to drive AUM growth.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in financial marketing, strong ETF knowledge, and fluency in Italian and English. Travel and a hybrid work model are expected components of the role.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in financial marketing
• In-depth knowledge of indexing, ETF products and passive investing
• Strong writing skills for financial content tailored to audiences
• Experience developing ETF/ETC marketing strategies
• Familiarity with regional regulatory requirements

Mansioni

• Develop regional marketing strategies to position Xtrackers in the market
• Manage regional digital distribution channels and campaigns
• Coordinate content with Product, Sales, Research, Compliance and external providers
• Analyze campaign performance and AUM trends in the region
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for GTM timing and content creation
• Ensure content compliance and data protection across markets
