Legalandgeneral in Milano, Lombardia, Italy, seeks an experienced and commercially focused Head of Marketing Europe to shape and deliver the European marketing strategy for Institutional and Wholesale businesses across Public and Private Markets.

You will lead regional campaigns, localise global content, build high-performing teams across Germany and Milan, and use client insights and market data to drive growth while meeting governance and regulatory standards.

• Senior marketing leadership experience within asset or investment management.
• Experience developing marketing strategies for Institutional and Wholesale audiences.
• Strong knowledge of Public and Private Market investment solutions.
• A track record of leading teams across different countries or locations.
• Excellent commercial judgement and senior stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence using insight and performance data to guide priorities and investment.
• Fluency in English and professional fluency in Italian or German.
• Strong knowledge of the European asset management and regulatory landscape.

We’re looking for an experienced and commercially focused marketing leader to shape and deliver our European marketing strategy.

You’ll lead marketing across our Institutional and Wholesale businesses, covering Public and Private Markets and working closely with colleagues across Distribution, Investments and Marketing. This is an opportunity to build strong regional partnerships, develop a talented team and help clients navigate a changing investment landscape.

What you’ll be doing:
