Ebury Milan is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a portfolio of corporate clients, architecting FX hedging, payments and cash management strategies. You will collaborate with a top-tier sales team to origination and expand business while minimising FX risk for clients.

The role demands proven trading/account management experience, strong communication, and fluency in Italian with business-level English. Excellent growth opportunities and a generous incentive structure are offered.

Competenze

• Strong Financial Services experience in a sales or relationship management role.
• Experience in FX institutions and/or selling financial instruments to SMEs and corporate clients is preferred.
• Solid understanding of relevant compliance requirements.
• Academic background in Business or Finance is a plus.
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to win commitment.
• Sophisticated technical ability; risk management practices.
• Proven record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Mansioni

• Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, executing products including FX hedging, payments and cash management; upsell Ebury’s product suite.
• Collaborate with a large sales team to originate business; understand clients' environments to provide best solutions.
• Know competitors' capabilities to position Ebury Banking solutions.
• Deliver on KPIs: repeat and new revenues, reduce churn, upsell and cross-sell.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships in meetings and presentations.
• Provide feedback to technology and product managers and expand existing business.
• Originate new business via networking with existing clients.
