Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Visual Merchandising Project Supervisor to manage collection projects within the VM Department, ensuring timely, cost-effective go-to-market execution. The role coordinates style offices, designers, technicians, suppliers and the visual procurement team, while aligning with market needs and brand image.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of project management experience (incl. internships).
• Fluency in English is required.
• Outstanding organizational and multi-stakeholder coordination skills.
• Good proficiency in Excel.

Mansioni

• Guarantee the Go to Market of the Project within objectives, performance, times and costs; coordinate involved functions (style offices, designers, technicians, procurement, suppliers).
• Collect and monitor market needs; manage the flow of technical and stylistic information for each project declination.
• Assist in creating Visual Merchandising Guidelines for the collection project; participate in client and department store meetings if required.
