Max Mara Fashion Group is seeking a Retail Supervisor responsible for driving store performance in line with budget, turnover and profitability goals while preserving the Brand image. You will lead staff, optimize service quality, and coordinate store activities across touchpoints to ensure consistency with Brand standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong analytical skills, and willingness to travel as needed to support Directly Operated Stores or Concessions in the region.

Competenze

• Minimum 1–2 years in a similar retail supervisory role.
• Strong English language skills; Italian knowledge helpful.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Mansioni

• Guarantee achievement of budget, turnover and profitability targets for reference stores.
• Ensure brand image and store standards align with Brand guidelines and company policies.
• Monitor staff performance, assign tasks, and drive development and training.
• Coordinate store activities with other Brand touchpoints to improve effectiveness.
