Job summary

Condé Nast Italy is seeking an enthusiastic Visual Editing Intern to join Vanity Fair Italy's Editorial Team in Milano. The role supports Editorial, Photo, and Audience Development teams in selecting visual content, from concept to operational execution.

Responsibilities include assisting photo research, coordinating with photo agencies, ensuring copyright accuracy, and supporting editorial meetings and content creation steps.

Qualifications

• Previous experience with, or passion for, Visuals, Photo, Media Companies or Creative Agencies.
• Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken.
• Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and similar graphics editors.
• Expertise on the topics and the tone of voice proposed by Vanity Fair Italy, as well as on last trends regarding Fashion, Lifestyle and breaking news.
• Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with Apple softwares.
• High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist the research of photo and iconographic materials.
• Manage communications with external photo agencies and stakeholders on behalf of editors as needed.
• Ensure the accuracy of copyright and general information for external materials.
• Participate to Editorial meetings and assist all steps of content creation.
