Job summary

Condé Nast Italia is seeking a Visual Editing Intern for Vanity Fair Italy in Milano. The role supports Editorial, Photo and Audience Development teams in daily tasks, contributing to the selection and preparation of visual and photo content for publication.

The internship requires a passion for visuals, fashion and lifestyle trends, and strong Italian and English communication skills. Proficiency in Photoshop, InDesign and Google Workspace is essential, with excellent organizational abilities

Qualifications

Previous experience with, or passion for, Visuals, Photo, Media Companies or Creative Agencies.
Professional working fluency in Italian and English languages, written and spoken.
Familiarity with Photoshop, InDesign and similar graphics editors.
Expertise on the topics and the tone of voice proposed by Vanity Fair Italy, as well as on last trends regarding Fashion, Lifestyle and breaking news.
Excellent knowledge of the Google Workspace suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and familiarity with Apple softwares.
High organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assist the research of photo and iconographic materials.
Coordinate communications with external photo agencies and editors as needed.
Ensure the accuracy of copyright and general information for external materials.
Participate in Editorial meetings and assist all steps of content creation.
