Celebrity Cruises seeks a seasoned Concierge to elevate the guest experience across Groups, Loyalty and Concierge Class, coordinating with hotel, marine, and events teams to ensure a seamless, premium service journey.

The role requires outstanding hospitality and communication, with 2–3 years in front desk roles and experience handling events for 80+ guests. Shipboard guest services experience is a plus.

Competenze

• Excellent hospitality and communication skills.
• 2–3 years of Front Desk/Receptionist experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Experience handling events with 80+ guests.
• Guest services shipboard experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Acts as primary contact and advocate for guests, especially VIPs, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a professional and empathetic manner.
• Maintains the Concierge lounge and Loyalty Spaces in a luxury, well-organized condition.
• Maintains knowledge of ship features, itineraries, guest preferences and services.
• Coordinates special requests (transportation, reservations, activities, spa, excursions, etc.).
• Leads by example with calm leadership and ownership of guest experiences.
