Prada Group is seeking an HR EMEA Intern to support day-to-day activities in EMEA HR Partnering. You will assist in Workday hiring processes, data reporting, and preparing HR analysis summaries.

Working alongside the company tutor, you will gain exposure to recruiting, reporting, and HR projects across multiple markets, contributing to a collaborative and international environment at Prada Group.

JOB PURPOSE

Working alongside the company tutor, as HR EMEA Intern, you will be involved in supporting day-by-day activities related to the EMEA HR Business Partnering.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Workday hiring process and general support;
• Reporting and Data analysis;
• Preparing presentations and summary reports of the HR analysis.
• Supporting store recruiting processes;
• Supporting the HR team on special projects;

KNOWLEDGE ANS SKILLS:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field;
• Additional HR training or experience is a plus;
• English and Italian fluent;
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed;
• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness;
• Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies;
• Collaborative and supportive with colleagues of the same department as well as other departments;
• Able to build solid relationships with internal and external team based on open communication;
• Data mining and use of data to explore a problem or make a decision;
• Excellent organization of time, resources and activities, respect of deadlines.
