Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking an engineer to join mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States. You will support investigation and resolution of complex issues in advanced vehicle systems, working with multidisciplinary teams to improve performance, reliability and quality.

The role involves rapid root-cause investigations, data-driven analysis, and collaboration across software, validation and manufacturing teams. English proficiency is required; on-site role in Michigan, USA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's in related engineering field required.
• 2-4 years of experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing, quality or systems engineering.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS or mechatronic systems.
• Fluent English and ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Mansioni

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems.
• Analyze logs, diagnostic data, test results to identify failure mechanisms.
• Lead structured problem solving using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, DMAIC.
• Investigate issues involving sensors, ECUs, electrical architectures and software-hardware interactions.
• Collaborate with software, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Prepare technical reports and RCA documentation; track action plans.
