Teoresi S.p.A. in Michigan is seeking FAST Engineers to join cutting-edge mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States.

You will support investigation and resolution of complex technical issues affecting advanced vehicle systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to improve performance, reliability, and product quality. The role requires a Bachelor's or Master's in engineering and 2–4 years of experience in root cause analysis, validation, and cross-domain diagnostics,

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
• 2-4 years of experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing, or quality/Systems engineering.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics or complex mechatronic systems.
• Proficiency in structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, DMAIC).
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics, data logging, and cross-domain analysis.
• Fluency in English.

Mansioni

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems and components.
• Analyze logs, data, tests, and validation reports to identify failure mechanisms.
• Lead problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, and DMAIC.
• Investigate issues involving sensors, ECUs, electrical architectures, and software-hardware interactions.
• Collaborate with software, validation, integration, quality, and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Support vehicle testing and validation with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate containment and corrective actions; track progress to closure.
• Prepare technical reports, summaries, and RCA documentation.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for vehicle performance and reliability.
