You will analyze logs, test data, and validation reports to identify failure mechanisms and drive corrective actions. You will collaborate with software, validation, quality, and manufacturing teams, perform 8D/DMAIC methods, and contribute to continuous improvement for reliability and performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Automotive, Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing or quality engineering.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics or mechatronic systems.
• Familiar with structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, DMAIC).
• Proficient in analyzing diagnostics data and validating corrective actions.

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems and components.
• Analyze vehicle logs, diagnostic data, test results, and validation reports to identify failure mechanisms.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, 5 Why, FTA, DMAIC.
• Investigate issues involving ECUs, sensors, electrical architectures and software-hardware interactions.
• Collaborate with software, validation, quality and manufacturing teams to resolve issues.
• Support vehicle testing and validation with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate containment and corrective actions; track progress to closure.
• Prepare technical reports and root cause summaries; contribute to continuous improvement.
