Teoresi S.p.A. is seeking FAST Engineers to join mobility and vehicle innovation projects in the United States. You will investigate complex issues affecting advanced vehicle systems, working with multidisciplinary teams to improve performance and quality.

The role requires a mechanical/electrical engineering background and 2–4 years of related experience, with strong problem-solving skills and English proficiency. On-site location is Michigan, USA.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2-4 years of professional experience in root cause analysis, validation, testing, quality or systems engineering.
• Experience in automotive, autonomous vehicles, ADAS, robotics or complex mechatronic systems.
• Strong knowledge of structured problem-solving methodologies (8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, FTA, DMAIC).
• Experience troubleshooting issues across multiple engineering domains.
• Familiarity with vehicle diagnostics, data logging and validation activities.
• Understanding of sensors, ECUs, networks, electrical systems or vehicle integration.
• Ability to analyze technical data and identify corrective actions.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams and communicate in English.

Mansioni

• Perform rapid root cause investigations on complex vehicle systems, subsystems, and components.
• Analyze vehicle logs, diagnostic data, test results, validation reports to identify failure mechanisms.
• Lead structured problem-solving activities using 8D, DMAIC, 5 Why and related methods.
• Investigate issues involving vehicle control systems, ECUs, sensors, electrical architectures, and software-hardware interactions.
• Collaborate with software, systems, validation, integration, quality, and manufacturing teams to drive resolution.
• Support vehicle testing and validation with technical analysis and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate containment actions, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
• Track progress and ensure timely closure of action plans.
• Prepare technical reports, investigation summaries and root cause analyses.
• Contribute to continuous improvement for vehicle performance and reliability.
