Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong VAT technical knowledge and practical application.
• Experience advising on VAT implications of transactions and restructurings.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality work.

• Advise clients on VAT aspects of transactions, restructurings, and supply-chain changes.
