Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Rome is seeking a Senior Associate / Manager to join its growing Global Transaction Advisory team. You will work on Italian and pan-European projects, supporting transaction services and financial due diligence across buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Transaction Services (financial due diligence) at a Big 4 firm is essential.
• Strong academic record and professional qualifications are helpful.
• Native Italian and fluent English are required; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Join a growing team with leadership, energetic people and an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Work across the deal life-cycle, including buy-side and sell-side work.
• Deliver international projects for premium clients and work with large-cap and mid-cap PE houses.
• Contribute to and lead projects and work streams reporting to MDs or Senior Directors.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams in Italy and across geographies.
