Bridgestone seeks a Process Leader to optimize end-to-end value streams via Lean Manufacturing. You will partner with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Maintenance to drive waste reduction and lead-time improvements, delivering value from raw materials to final delivery.

Responsibilities include mapping value streams, applying 5S/SMED/TPM, tracking OEE and WIP, and standardizing processes. Advanced English is required; Master’s in Engineering is preferred, with 2–3 years in

Competenze

Master’s degree in Engineering, preferably Management, Mechanical, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
2–3 years of experience in manufacturing environments with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement.
Experience in cross-functional improvement projects and structured manufacturing organizations is preferred.

Mansioni

Develop and maintain Value Stream Maps to identify waste and opportunities.
Support Lean and Kaizen initiatives using 5S, SMED, TPM, JIT, and Standard Work.
Analyze and improve production flow, line balancing, and takt times.
Monitor KPIs such as OEE, Lead Time, Takt Time, Cycle Time, Productivity, and WIP.
Define SOPs and Standard Work to sustain improvements.
Analyze operational data and identify root causes using 5 Why, Ishikawa, and Pareto analysis.
Support process/layout/ergonomics/workstation optimization activities.
