GSK Italy is seeking a Director-level Vaccines Platform Analytical Science and Technology Lead (ASTL) to guide a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts. You will define end-to-end analytical control strategies and support tech transfers across GSC, driving cross-site collaborations and ensuring analytical readiness for regulatory submissions.

You will shape lifecycle programs, advance new analytical platforms, and mentor teams in method development and validation, Quality by Design, and

Qualifications

• Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
• Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics.
• Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.
