Job summary

GSK in Bologna is seeking a Director-level leader within Global Manufacturing Science & Technology to lead a team of Analytical Science & Technology experts, defining end-to-end analytical control strategies and supporting tech transfers across GSC.

You will drive cross-site collaborations, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and ensure analytical sections of regulatory submissions, shaping lifecycle programs and advancing new analytical platforms.

Qualifications

Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.
Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics.
Strong leadership and influencing skills in a global matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders.
Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes.
Steer cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects.
Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies.
Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen.
Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies.
Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes.
