Job summary

GSK in Rovigo, Veneto, Italy seeks a Director-level leader for Global Manufacturing Science & Technology to head Analytical Science & Technology. You will define end-to-end analytical control strategies, manage complex investigations with data analytics, and drive regulatory submissions across global projects.

This role shapes lifecycle programs and modern analytical platforms to accelerate high-quality vaccine/biotherapeutic supply.

Qualifications

• BSc or higher in a relevant scientific field.
• Senior experience in analytical technologies, method development and validation.
• Knowledge of Quality by Design, risk management, GMP, NPI and manufacturing operations.
• Experience supporting regulatory interactions and submissions for vaccines or biotherapeutics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Analytical Science & Technology leaders.
• Own end-to-end analytical control strategies, specifications and comparability processes.
• Steer cross-functional, cross-site teams on analytical aspects of strategic products and projects.
• Present responsibilities to global stakeholders within project governance bodies.
• Coordinate complex analytical investigations using advanced data analytics and digital acumen.
• Mentor and develop methods and modern analytical platform technologies.
• Accountable for analytical sections of lifecycle regulatory submissions and RTQ processes.
