What you’ll do :

• You will join the Interaction Design Gaming & Cross Areas team, particularly in the Online Business/Management sector, reporting directly to the Interaction Design Senior Manager.
• You will have the opportunity to be involved in designing engaging, usable, and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects.

Who you are :

• You have at least 3-4 years of experience in structured contexts such as UX design.
• You hold a degree in Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction Design, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, with an analytical and detail-oriented mindset, able to merge user needs with business needs.
• You are proficient in both English and Italian, spoken and written.
• You are proactive and organized, capable of coordinating, estimating, and planning your activities based on project priorities; an excellent systems thinker, able to consider issues within a wider ecosystem.
• You know how to use data and analytics to gather insights and validate design decisions.

Preferably, you also have :

• Previous experience in designing components, app designs (native or web), and prototypes.
• Basic knowledge of frontend / CMS development logic and UX copywriting/microcopy.
